Before retirement, Jeffrey R. Kelly was President and CEO of Deaconess Nashoba Hospital. He has 30 years of experience in executive leadership in the field of health care. Mr. Kelly had been serving on RICH's Finance and Audit Committees before becoming a member of the Board. Mr. Kelly serves as RICH's board Treasurer.
