Christina Bevilacqua has been Director of Members Services and Programs at the Providence Athenaeum since 2005. She directed the core program at Leadership Rhode Island from 2001 to 2004. She has worked in social service, advocacy, publishing, volunteer management, and retail; Ms. Bevilacqua also spent 8 years as a custom milliner. She has an M.A. in Social Policy from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Writing and Literature from Bard College. She has served on the board of Everett Dance Theatre since 2002.
